|11.12.2013 Estonian Telema MMT now in use also in Finland|
In December, the first company in Finland, Sirowa Nordic Cosmetics, started to use Telema MMT - an Estonian sales force automation solution for trade companies whose sales agents make client visits and collect orders. In the Baltic States more than 30 companies with over 250 sales agents are successfully working with Telema MMT.
Telema MMT is a sales force automation solution for taking orders and recording market information at customer site. When visiting the customers, sales agents can create orders with Telema MMT in their mobile devices. Recorded data is sent for further processing directly to the company from any place (store, car, cafeteria) at any time. A previously paper-based process is now paperless, fast, generates fewer errors and saves a lot of costs.

In Sirowa Nordic Cosmetics, the solution will ease the work for 14 sales agents who cover 1000s of shops all over Finland. Sales assistants who until now were entering order data manually will be able to focus on customer relations management tasks. In addition to automated and electronic orders, Sirowa agents will use MMT Merchandising module that allows easily to record information about products performance in each store. Functionality includes recording out-of-stock situations and their reasons, product sales prices, number of faces and layout photos.

With Telema MMT, paperwork and double entry is minimised and sales agents can save up to 2 hours per day having more time for customer relations. Workload of the sales assistants and number of mistakes will decrease significantly. Since orders are received in real-time throughout the day, the order handling in warehouse becomes smoother. Downloading all the necessary information into sales agents’ Android devices makes customer service quicker, more exact and more efficient. Compared to paper orders, using Telema MMT allows companies to benefit from up to 220 EUR value per month per sales agent.
